Grand Canyon Tour

Grand Canyon

Nothing really prepares you for the sight of one of the World's Natural Seven Wonders, the iconic Grand Canyon. The entire Canyon is within the Grand Canyon National Park which divides the site into the North Rim and the South Rim. The most popular point of access to the Canyon is the South Rim.The three rims of the Grand Canyon – South, North and West – offer quite different experiences and, as they lie hundreds of miles and hours of driving apart, are rarely visited on the same trip. The South Rim offers easy-access viewpoints, historic buildings, Native American ruins and excellent infrastructure. If it's solitude you seek, make a beeline for the remote North Rim. Though it has fewer and less-dramatic viewpoints, its charms are no less abundant: at 8200ft elevation (1000ft higher than the South Rim), its cooler temperatures support wildflower meadows and tall, thick stands of aspen and spruce. On a Grand Canyon helicopter tour from Las Vegas, see America’s most iconic natural wonder from above. Enjoy a 45-minute flight to the West Rim, where you’ll land on a canyon bluff for a Champagne picnic. The canyon's magnificence, the breathtaking intensity of light and shadow at sunrise or sunset will be every bit worth the trip.
